How do I get access to the portal?
If we've sent you an invoice or estimate, you already have an account. Use the email address we have on file to log in. If you're not sure, give us a call and we'll help you get set up.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the steps. If you're still having trouble, call or text us at 613-339-1869 and we'll sort it out.
Can I pay my invoice online?
Yes. You can pay directly through the portal using a credit card or debit card. Processing fees may apply for card payments.
Is the portal secure?
Yes. The customer portal is hosted by Housecall Pro, a trusted platform used by thousands of service companies across North America.
How do I refer a friend?
Log in to the portal and look for the "Refer a Friend" section. You'll see your personal referral link that you can copy and share with anyone β by text, email, or social media.
I'm a new customer. How do I get started?
Book a free estimate first β we'll come to your property, assess the work, and send you a quote. Once you're in our system, you'll have portal access automatically.
